GIBB International quality policy and objectives

The GIBB International quality policy statement is as follows:

The principal concern of GIBB International is the achievement and maintenance of a high standard of service to our clients. Our corporate aim is for the quality of the work that we undertake to exceed the expectations of our clients.

We measure our performance by:

  • Verification and validation to ensure the quality of our outputs;
  • Audits of the quality of our outputs and taking corrective and preventive actions as appropriate;
  • Client feedback surveys related to quality - our goal is 100% client satisfaction;
  • Continually improving our management systems to ensure compliance with the requirements of internationally accepted standards.

In GIBB International quality means:

For our projects:

  • The achievement of a high proportion of our work right first time.
  • The achievement of consistently high levels of client satisfaction.
  • The management of risks associated with our projects to within corporately acceptable limits.
  • Compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 or other quality assurance standards specified by our clients.

We measure achievement of this objective through:

  • Overall client survey results – our goal is 100% client satisfaction.
  • Maintenance of certification to ISO 9001.

For our people:

  • The development of our staff in order that each individual can realise his / her full potential;
  • The acquisition of new technical knowledge, skills and experience through training both within the organisation and from external sources;
  • The achievement of high levels of staff participation in process improvement through feedback.

We measure achievement of this objective through:

  • Annual staff and career development appraisals.

GIBB International will ensure that the people who represent the company are provided with the working environment, tools and resources that they need to build effective client relationships, produce excellent work, and grow the company, thereby creating further opportunities for their own growth and development. We measure achievement of this objective through:

  • Health, safety, and environment statistics – our goal is zero incidents;
  • Client survey results related to the performance of our staff – our goal is 100%.
